Interior Design

Bespoke joinery, material selection, floor finishes and wet room specification.

Interior design is integrated into every project from Stage 5 onwards. We specify bespoke joinery, select materials and finishes, design wet rooms and bathrooms, and coordinate with specialist suppliers — so the interior is as resolved as the architecture.

We work with commercial clients on offices, retail fit-outs, hospitality interiors and mixed-use developments. Commercial projects demand the same design rigour as residential work — and the same attention to programme, budget and the people who will use the space.

Petite Projects

Smaller commissions where design-led thinking makes a disproportionate difference.

Not every project is large. A garden room, a bathroom redesign, a new staircase — smaller commissions where considered design makes a disproportionate difference. We bring the same rigour to petite projects as to large ones, and we are honest about what is achievable within a given budget.

Planning Permission

Pre-application through to decision — drawings, submissions and council liaison.

Planning can be the most uncertain part of any project. We advise on the right route — permitted development or full application — prepare all drawings and documentation, submit the application and liaise with the council through to a decision. Householder applications typically take 8–12 weeks.
